On this episode of The Principles of Fitness Podcast we acknowledge fitness authority Jay Nixon.  Jay is the Chief Motivation Officer for Thrive Fitness Studio located in Palm Desert, CA, and he is absolutely KILLING IT! Thrive Fitness Studio consists of over 200 members in an 808 square foot facility.  When I asked how he manages so many people in such a compact training environment his response was, "Its the most beautiful scene of organized chaos that you have ever seen." Jay is also the author of a book called The Overweight Mind. In the book he talks about how being overweight is more of a mindset than just overeating.  The Overweight Mind provides readers with the tools and strategies necessary for weigh-loss success.
