Raise your hand if you have a to-do list.  🙋🏾‍♀️Now raise your hand if it's currently kicking your ass. 🤦🏾‍♀️Mmmm, I see, I'm not alone. Now clap your hands if you've scheduled time and space in your calendar to complete your tasks. 🤐Damn--crickets. 😵‍💫Please don't feel bad because I wasn't time blocking all that hard either. It wasn't until I started reading Nir Eyal's "Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life"; that I got my act together.  You see, I was making a major productivity mistake. I'd just wake up in the morning, make a mile-long to-do list and stare at my computer overwhelmingly. I'd get so frustrated because I had so much work to do but couldn't for the life of me figure out where to start. Well, time blocking stopped all that jazz.  Once I started time blocking, I knew exactly where to put my focus. I was organized, efficient, and at peace.
