Eddie's Birth Story Brittany M Davidson I had dreams and prayed every night about home birth and felt God was leading me down this path. I had been in and out of more doctors offices than I could count. Trying to find the right fit. Midwives are on rotation and I kept finding myself hoping and praying to get one that believed in my beliefs. Then walked in Evelyn’s midwife that delivered Evelyn. The one person I thought could assure me going the same route would make it all ok. The answer to my prayers right? I was 22 weeks pregnant. She didn’t remember me. Not her fault-she delivers hundreds pf babies a year! But I knew right then I craved a different birthing experience. I wanted my midwife to know me and mu baby and my family. On the way out I mustered up the courage, “What are your thoughts on a homebirth?”. Half expecting her to dismiss the crazy notion. She said, “I’ve HAD 2, I think they are wonderful.” Marathon Training for Beginners Running with the Crummy Marathoners Mo and Harrison Crum here!
