Free Will in a Skinner Box

Have you ever heard of a Skinner box?  BF Skinner was a behavioral psychologist who felt humans have no free will and can be controlled through an algorithmic like reward schedule that installs an impulsive behavior.  He believe we should dispose of the fiction called "free will".  In this episode I make a nuanced argument against Skinner's oversimplified view of human's will. Let's discuss why I believe we do in fact have free will, but only when we are truly conscious.  But to express this point, I rely on Sir Roger Penrose, Yuval Noah Harari and more.
