Friday Reflection: April 3rd, 2020 - Thank You Dj's

How do I keep my head in uncertain times? Gratitude and Music This week I need to find a way to keep head. I want to keep calm and stay creative but the stress has my mind all over the place. I'm staying hopeful. We will get through this soon and be free soon. I plan what it will be like to back to my normal routine. Then, I read a headline saying the worse is yet to come.  This week I'm trying gratitude because I can be certain in the moments that brought me joy. Gratitude also cultivates connection because I think of the people who are responsible for those moments of joy. So I'm keeping my head with gratitude and of course music.
