In this episode we chat about UFC265 and what it means for the heavyweight division, UFC fighters moving to bellator, Ian's promotion to blue belt and much more! We also chat about Dustin's Charity fund-raiser for Mind, the mental health charity. Please read more about the ridiculous fund-raiser here: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/fightathon The average time to complete a Marathon is 4 hours and 21 minutes. So I will be fighting/sparring/rolling with alternating opponents for that time, in 5 minute rounds with 1 minute intervals. This equates to 44 x 5 minute rounds. I will be doing a mixture of MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ and wrestling during that time, and doing my best to not get smashed to pieces by my fantastic friends and students. They will be taking it in turns to jump in for rounds, to keep me going for the whole stretch. Too many people are fighting battles with their mental health that we can’t see. And many do so in silence. It’s important that those who are struggling have the proper resources to cope. If you or anyone you know has suffered with mental health difficulties, please consider donating. Alternatively… If you train in Martial Arts, you know how ridiculous 44 consecutive 5 minute rounds of sparring is… So please help any way you can! If you have a question you would like us to answer on the show...
