The hardest thing for me to realize is that not everyone has your best interest at heart. Yes that sounds strange but the truth is is that most people are looking out for themselves. So find a light and stay with those people. Here are examples of gaslighting you should avoid: -You continuously apologize -They are nice sometimes (like the dating period) They say no it didn’t happen like that They say you are overreacting or you are too sensitive Find the light within yourself and you’ll attract others with the same light.
