Michele is the Founder and President of Solid Rock Community School, a K 12 non profit private school specializing in Educating Out of the Box which started in 2004. She developed the school is philosophy, which emphasizes individualized, whole child development. The school will be offering an entire plant based menu to its students this school year and will be the first of its kind in Florida. An educator at heart, she has a strong desire to bring plant based nutrition education to her families and students. Solid Rock also holds a weekly whole school assembly and the theme this year is the Compassion Project. The Compassion Project is about raising awareness about showing compassion to all things elderly, people with disabilities, the less fortunate, animals, and the environment.
