The 5 is a podcast about music where on each episode my guest selects five pieces that are in whatever way influencing their musical practice. We listen to each one and discuss why and how they stand out.

My guest for episode 5 is Meg Duffy aka Hand Habits. The Albany, New York-raised current Los Angeles resident released her debut album Wildly Idle (Humble Before the Void) on Woodsist Records early last year. Since then, Meg has toured extensively performing solo and with an ensemble as Hand Habits. She has also toured as guitarist for singer Kevin Morby's band since 2014.
