Healthy You – Podcast 27: Change is Good….Hopefully! Forecasted Changes to Canada’s Food Guide.

from Healthy You

Canada’s Food Guide is about to get an overhaul, and this is so needed for many reasons. The last installment of the Food Guide was released in 2007 and I think you and I can both agree our food industry has changed drastically over that decade. What will the changes be though? I mean, in my opinion, FOOD IS SIMPLE, but many are not making it seem that way and much of society has become confused about what choices to make for their health and their family’s health. Join Andrea and Drew as they chat about all of the forecasted changes, and when we can expect to see Canada’s newest “Food Guide” edition.
