Sum up all your business expenses 3. How much tax do you pay over your income? This could be like 30% for example. 4. For example: Total of expenses: €1500. Your taxes per month are 30%. You need to earn at least €1950 per month to be able to pay for everything. 5. How many days per year do you work? (e.j. 220 days) 6. How many hours per day our you productive? (e.j. 4 hours) 7. €1950 x 12 months = €23.400 per year 8. €23.400 / 220 days (working days per year) = €106,36 9. €106,36 / 4 productive hours per day = €26,59 you need to charge per hours to cover all your expenses. 6. How many hours per day our you productive? (e.j. 4 hours)

7. €1950 x 12 months = €23.400 per year

8. €23.400 / 220 days (working days per year) = €106,36

9. €106,36 / 4 productive hours per day = €26,59 you need to charge per hours to cover all your expenses.
