In this episode, we talk about emotions and how we can be more intentional about managing our feelings and our emotional wellbeing.

Emotions comes in all shapes and sizes. Throughout our days and our life, we experience a whole array of emotions. They vary in tone and intensity: we are acutely aware of some feelings when they arise whilst others almost go unnoticed. 

We rarely tune into our emotions on purpose and we tend to push away feelings that we see as unpleasant. We are simply not resourced to lean into our emotions and cope with them confidently.

In this episode, I share 4 tips to better cope with our emotions and develop greater emotional wellbeing.
