Introduction to Liz and Shelley's Series: Reflections of Self-Love & Awareness Shelley McInroy and Elizabeth Hochster Welcome! We are Elizabeth Hochster and Shelley McInroy. Please join us as we begin our exploratory discussion series on self-love and awareness. We will introduce ourselves here, how we came to be on this path: What is self-love? Whether you are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, worry, self-esteem, loneliness, fear or you are simply struggling to find satisfaction and happiness, we want to help. Often, we don't realize that what is happening is in large part due to our own behaviors and the messages we send out to the world. Sometimes we simply have to learn self-love and self-compassion, and self-care. Somehow, along the way, we have forgotten how. Please feel free to make inquiries or request topics you want to hear about, Contact us as well for complimentary coaching sessions and for support in your life. We have ended up in such different places in life, but put us all on the phone together and it is like no time has passed. All someone has to do is utter a line from a John Hughes film, and we are 16 again. And, for a couple of hours a month, being 16 again is totally awesome.Where did our
