HOW TO SPEND CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR ALL ALONE

from The Time Expert Anna Jelen · host Anna Jelen The Time Expert

SPENDING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR ALL ALONE?  This episode goes out to all the people who have to spend their Christmas and New Year all alone. Now, I am sure that at least some of your friends might be feeling alone these days. If you already have someone in mind, text a friend to listen to this episode to give him or her a moment of NOT feeling alone. The first good news I have is: being alone does not have to be painful.I know, because last year I spent Christmas and New Year all alone. This is my story, dated one year ago.   A little outtake: "I prepared a cup of tea, I took a pen, placed myself at the table and I wrote a Christmas card to myself:Merry Christmas Anna! Life is happening and today, you are the main character. It's Christmas and you are all by yourself. And that is alright. The saying, that Christmas is all about love is true - even if you are alone. You can send love with your thoughts to all your loved ones. And:  It's an optimal opportunity to exercise self-love. You deserve nothing else than kindness and warmth coming from within. Today, whatever you do, take your time. Nobody is waiting for you. Nobody is expecting anything from you. Like every other day, this is YOUR day, no matter the date. Let's give Christmas a touch of your gentleness and now go, and spoil yourself. Anna. “  Merry Christmas my dear ones out there! Yours, AnnA TOMORROW: 21st of December - for all my Member's A "before-christmas-zoom-speech" The Member's Club CHECK IT OUT Episode notes:Episode notes coming when I have more power/electricity... Thank you so much for being here, I appreciate this a lot.
