How do you start? Are you nervous? Don't know how? Overwhelmed with so much information? 1.) Just START! So many people tell me that they are waiting for the best time for them when in reality there never really is a good time. There will always be something that gets in the way. The best time for you to start was yesterday and the next best time is TODAY! 2.) Don't just jump straight into the deep end. Start in the shallow end and take steps toward the deep end! The most important thing in fitness is to be consistent. People try to do too much in the beginning. They give it all they have the first few days and then they get sore and frustration sets in and leads to giving up. 3.) Seek help!
