Jyoti Chadda is my cycle coach sister, its an honour and exciting to introduce you to her and her cycle work rooted in the traditions of Ayurveda and Yoga. Jyoti explains that Ayurveda translates to "knowledge of life" and she describes it as a very holistic science, the sister science of yoga, and a philosophy wherein the physical and energetic bodies are understood as a whole rather than individual and separate parts.In our conversation Jyoti shares how she weaves together her own traditions of Ayurveda and Yogic Philosophy into her cycle work, and the wisdom that Ayurveda teaches us about menstrual cycle awareness.
