Chicagoland Parenting Stories lisa99y Meet Lisa Zimmermann, a lactation consultant and pediatric nurse from Lombard IL. She is a home visitor, meeting families in their homes to help them feed their babies and adjust to their new role as parents. Lisa relies on many other professionals to help her clients achieve their goals for feeding, pain management and a return to equilibrium. As she has met many providers after a recent move, Lisa has wished their conversations dug a bit deeper, and she was getting to know the person she was meeting- not just the professional.
