Hvordan skal vi håndtere misinformation?

De vestlige samfund er sårbare over for misinformation, der bruges som våben af fremmede stater. Informationskrigere har fået større rækkevidde med internettet, og især Rusland og Kina formår at udnytte algoritmerne på sociale medier. Men det er ikke let at gøre noget ved problemet. Dels er det svært at opdage misinformationen, og dels har den mange fællestræk med acceptable kommunikationsformer som både politikere og myndigheder gør brug af. Så hvordan skal vi forstå misinformationen i en militær sammenhæng? Hvad er forskellen på desinformation og misinformation? Hvordan gør vi vores samfund robust over for udfordringen? Og hvordan skal borgere og eksperter agere i et offentligt rum hvor man er under konstant bombardement af information?
