IBAHpod #12: Special guests Jeremy "Ninja" Petley and Monica Nix

So this past weekend we had a trip up to Birmingham to support a few of our friends fighting at a regional MMA show. It was very much the definition of "you win some, you lose some", with one fight cancelled last minute, one loss, and one of our team winning a bantamweight championship! We took the train up with head coach (and IBAHpod alumni) Jeremy "Ninja" Petley, along with Monica Nix, our good friend and women's strawweight MMA fighter. Helene had a feeling the conversation might be worth keeping so we hit record along the way! It's a great little insight into the minds of a team before a fight, and what goes on behind the scenes leading up to competitions.  Life, death, weight cutting, chemtrails, and the return of Shrek, as usual we hope you enjoy it!
