Generalmente la ansiedad se crea luego de haber estado involucrado en una situación de pánico importante, dejando secuelas en el cuerpo y la mente de la persona.   Pero no existe un solo tipo de ansiedad, el mundo de la psicología divide los tipos de ansiedad según sus síntomas y cada uno de ellos tiene una manera diferente de tratarse.
