Summary

I think this is the most honest episode I’ve put out. It’s scary, but also, freeing. It can be hard to be vulnerable, and it’s hard to embrace the discomfort in healing. I know that not everyone will understand - but it’s not about creating a message that resonates with everyone, it’s about sharing parts of my story in hopes someone feels less alone in theirs. There's so much more I could have said and ways I could have condensed, improved, and perfected this episode, but I like how scattered and raw and authentic it is. I’m always trying. I’m trying my best, and sometimes, my best doesn’t feel like enough. I recognize my opinions are ever-changing, but as of today, in November 2023, this is what I have to say. Here’s my real, imperfect self - she’s not for everyone but she is for me :) Wherever you’re at today…you are okay. You can just exist. You are enough. I am proud of you for trying no matter how much resistance you feel. I want to say goodbye to this chapter of my life, and maybe you want to say goodbye to some things too.
