We've had lots of tips on the show about guesting on podcasts, but today, we wanted to also dive into how to be a great host! Today's guest, Tom Schwab of Interview Valet, is an expert in guesting on podcasts and knows a thing or two about having a great podcast interview experience.

In our interview, we cover what it takes to be a professional guest and how to be a great host! We talked about the entire interview process - from having a great mic, showing up with a lot of energy, making your guest feel comfortable from the get-go, establishing goals for both attendees, and so on. 

Tom and I really got into the practical steps you can take to have better podcast interviews and hopefully create an experience that you, your guest, and your audience all truly enjoy.
