Luna started this challenge by reading aloud 32 pages of the May Cause Miracles Book written by Gabrielle Bernstein  @gabriellebernstein  (Learn more about the author on her YouTube Channel link provided) Luna will be adding some Yoga Therapy Knowledge learned this past year along with some Pranayama, asana, and somatic techniques as she reads the book. May Cause Miracles book was used throughout the challenge. The challenge lasted 42 days. We ended the live version yesterday (11/20/2023).
