After receiving a late ADHD diagnosis at the age of 33 and struggling with food issues for most of her life, her ten years of experience as a dietitian and certified diabetes educator helped her uncover the deep connection between ADHD and disordered eating. I mean, we have issues with impulsivity, low dopamine.
