He has determined that ‘yes’…he broke the law but he’s mentally diminished and putting him in prison would serve no purpose. That threw the White House into a tizzy. And now, even some in the woke mainstream media are wondering if the 25th Amendment should be used. This ruling might be more detrimental to his re-election campaign than a guilty verdict. If they came out and ruled that he was guilty and should be charged, he might have been able to pardon himself…but this ruling leaves a more indelible stain on the president.
