Today’s Show Highlights.

When asked, what she thought are important factors for someone to Spark Change she said:  “Awareness and Willingness.  Purpose and thinking differently to make a change. Alignment. Action. Vulnerability.  And the connection to ourselves and to others.”

What can get in the way, is fear. What will happen? However, she said when we embrace change with joy, we can attune to shift to assurance and trust.  Make no mistake, people are afraid, as she said, because change is hard. With intention, it is easier to be courageous to move forward.

When we are in attunement we can connect to our spirit and inner wisdom with love in our hearts and intentions of positivity.

Questions, engage dialogue. So ask away. In her latest book, Spark Change: 108 Provocative Questions for Spiritual Evolution, Jennie includes 12 chapters with 9 questions in each chapter for you to use in your discovery.

Takeaways.

Some core words that spoke to me:  Gratitude.  “Gratitude works because it’s like a magnet of good.” “When we feel down, help someone else up.” “Kindness begins with ourselves.  It’s much easier to be kind to someone if you can first be kind to what you say and think about yourself, without judgment.”

I can’t think of a better time for all of us to become more intuned in our thoughts and actions. Her books are available for you to start your own practice.  You get to decide how to incorporate her wisdom for yourself.  We are all on our own journey but the path is wide enough for everyone that wants to start. Thank you Jennie for leading the way to Spark Change.  I’m ready!

Namaste.
