As a man it is not safe to open up, to express or share topics such as Mental health, work, parenting, friendships, life goals, fulfilment, marriage and relationships which is something I found myself battling with and I have found ways to help me and I wanted to share them with you so it might give someone else some tips or ideas. There will be stories and laughs along the way, usually from my truck while on the road but the main purpose is to show you are not alone. We all have our issues, so lets share them rather than suppress them and a huge way to do that is to work on our mindset which is something I am passionate about.
