Katherine Hague and 1000 New Women Angels

Katherine Hague, founder of Female Funders talks with Gillian and Anne about her mission to find 1000 new women angels investors this year. To that end she hosted a breakfast series in a whirlwind eight-city tour and launched “Angel School” in two versions: one for investors and one for entrepreneurs  to help both get started with angel funding.She talks about how the gender gap in funding start-ups led her to get involved after her own successful exit from Shoplocket, and her purpose in educating the next generation of women angel investors.
