Send us Fan Mail"Break down your day and all the things that you do. Which ones do you love so much that you get energy from, even if you're tired? The other ones, who can you actually delegate to?"@carlypepin reveals the simple exercise that transforms overwhelmed leaders into energized visionaries 💡The pattern: You're doing everything. Some tasks light you up—even when you're exhausted, they give you energy. Other tasks drain you, making you resentful and burned out. But you keep doing them all because you think you have to.The breakthrough exercise: Break down your day, then your week. Look at all the tasks. Mark the ones you love so much they energize you even when tired. Everything else? "Let's look at those dynamics and who can you actually delegate to?"The wisdom: "When you have a company, especially a larger company, it's really wisdom to find out who has the best role for the things that you like. It's not going to be you. However, someone in the company is going to be the person who loves it the way you love other things."This isn't just about productivity—it's about human behavior dynamics. When you understand yourself and the individuals working under you, you can match tasks to passion: "This is perfect for so and so." What drains you fuels someone else. What bores them excites you.Stop doing everything. Start doing what you're uniquely designed for.CONNECT WITH LINDA VO📧 [email protected] 🔗 https://linktr.ee/inspiredbysuccessFollow @lindavo and @inspiredbysuccess for more entrepreneurial insights!#leadership #delegation #productivity #energymanagement #entrepreneur #teambuilding #leadershipdevelopment #carlypepin #lindavo #inspiredbysuccessSupport the show To watch the podcast on video on my YouTube channel go to:https://www.youtube.com/@InspiredbysuccesswithLindaVo

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
