I am a mother, a healer, a teacher, a lover of nature, and a relentless seeker of truth, meaning and purpose. After some big losses in my life, the last one catapulted me to connect with my Divinity, to find the meaning, the purpose of all the suffering we experience and how to come out to peace and connection, faith and joy! I have vast experience working with people in a variety of conditions and settings including, mental health group homes, recovery houses, homeless population, palliative care, fitness classes, and in-home support as a care-aide. Some of my Certifications include Frontline Substance Abuse Counsellor, Life Skills coach, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Nurse's Aide, as well as Reiki and Healing Touch Practitioner and Death Doula. More recently, I am working with Plant Medicine such as Psilocybin and Kambo. My many experiences in the psychedelic world has brought me home to my essence and my connection to spirit.
