Still at it with the Smoke Free Media crew out in Houston and today we have the lovely Ms Alexis known as Lex sitting down with us. Aside from being the amazing host of Smoke Free Weekend's game night, Lex is a mental health professional and podcaster. Lex sat down with us, along with Yo Boy AG to discuss mental health as a whole, but especially in the Black community. When Lex isn't in the middle of pursuing her PhD, she is the voice of "The Free Space" podcast. The Free Space is a place where any topic is allowed and your voice can be heard. Being passionate about mental health, Lex was able to bless us with knowledge and understanding on why mental health is important and how we in the Black community need to recognize it as such.
