Baz is a seasoned executive with nearly 2 decades of experience in sales, marketing and management having worked with Accor Group, DaimlerChrysler Financial Services and ActiveM before launching Nabbesh.com in 2011, the region’s first and largest online marketplace connecting 120k independent contractors with 15k businesses. To date, over 20k projects were posted on Nabbesh.com, further cementing its position as a leader in the gig-economy.In 2017, Baz co-founded Kickstart Studio, an agency with a core team of design and tech experts to help non-tech entrepreneurs and SMEs build their MVPs. Baz also worked over the course of 15 months as a Digital Transformation & E-commerce consultant with Cedar Bridge, a UAE based PE firm with global investments in healthcare, education, beauty and CPG.In 2018, Baz founded Kickstart Ventures, a network of angel investors looking to invest in early stage startups.
