Do you agree with it?   http://www.trustthelink.com/ Hey, today I'm going to be talking about a list of offline marketing activities for affiliate marketing. Like you I try to have an open mind and I'm always looking at new ways to get business and think outside the box.  I'm a big fan of this book called “Blue Ocean Strategy.” Basically, red ocean has lots of competition and blue ocean is when there is not much competition.  Affiliate marketing is when you post a link and if someone clicks on that link and goes to a webpage and buys something, then you are going to get paid.  What if there was a way to get business offline, and not even spend a lot of money doing it? I've come up with a short list of ideas that may help you. The first thing you need is a domain name that hopefully passes the radio test. This means if you say the domain you can type it into your browser and go to your website. On your website then you can promote your affiliate link.  One idea that is thinking out of the box to get more traffic is to have a bumper sticker made with your webpage on it. Why not right? Companies will pay you to wrap your car in advertising, why not use some of the space to advertise your own website. Think of NASCAR right?  A second idea that can generate you leads is have a T-Shirt made with your website address. Why spend money to advertise another business when you can spend money on the shirt to advertise your own business.  The third idea I had is of course talking to people face to face. If you are in the make money online niche, then you could go to job fairs where people are looking for work. You could pass out business cards and maybe that could generate some business for you.  One of the best ways to get leads for your website is with speaking engagements. This is what Gary Vee one of the most successful internet marketers does. Plus, he makes really good money at it. When he first started he did it for free, until he started demanding a price and kept going up until he knew what the market was willing to pay for him.  The best thing about speaking engagements is that it gives you lots of credibility. The last idea I want to talk about is print advertisements.  You could have business cards made, go to your public library and leave them in books that are on your niche. Maybe create a few fliers and put them on college campuses or business's.  The good news, is all of these ideas can help you get out of the house and still be productive for your business. If there is an idea you want to share, then please leave a comment below.  I hope you got some value from this video or podcast on list of offline marketing activities for affiliate marketing, if you did then please hit the thumbs up button.
