Living the Moment

from Preventive Mental Health Show · host Keisha Denise

Living the Moment. In this week's episode, I share the importance of living the moment. Life is like a film. It's the sequence of moments that make up our lives. There are moments where we feel happiness and contentment and others where we feel sadness and regret. Sometimes rushing to the next moment can lead to a lot of stress and dissatisfaction with life. It is important to slow down and enjoy the moment. Stop worrying about what you need to do or what's coming next. Predicting the future is impossible, and living your life in fear is not worth it. There is always something new, exciting, and fun waiting for you to enjoy what life has created for you today. Last Week’s Quote People are way too attached to titles and labels.
