Looks VS Results

As Jeff reflects on his last men’s training, Ignite The Warrior, he recognizes a lesson learned regarding how something looks vs it’s results.  The purpose of the training was to focus on the warrior archetype of man, and to kill old patterns that weren’t of service and set new ones to allow movement to the next level.  It’s an intensive training, and for one participant it was just too much, causing him to drop out after the first of the three days.  The other participants ultimately decided to show up for this individual and try to get him back into the training.  On a tight schedule, taking this time changed the structure of the entire event.  At the end of the day, it didn’t look like originally planned, but they still ended with an incredible result by focusing on the results.
