Loui Pacheco : Live Your Moment

from Think Outside the Lines · host Shawn Feeney

In this episode, we talk about getting (and keeping) the body you want, taking risks, and following your passion with Fitness Trainer Loui Pacheco. Guest Bio: Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Tampa, Florida, Loui Pacheco was born to be on stage. Loui began performing as a classical musician at the age of 10. He began as a Trumpet player but later ventured on as a Vocalist. With music playing such a big role in his life, he began to experiment with different styles and sounds and ultimately discovered his passion for creating movement. His interesting and unique execution as a dancer and choreographer led him to Miami, Fl where he worked on projects ranging from live stage shows to ad campaigns. Some of his credits include Olga Tañon, Cindy Crawford, Superbowl XXXV, Apple Inc., the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, the famed Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, and Latin Music Award Show, Premio Lo Nuestro. Fast forward a couple of years and you will find him rocking a different type of stage. Loui now brings that Miami heat to the Fitness world. With 10 years of experience as a professional dancer, he fuses his love of dance with a strong passion for fitness and health. Loui currently resides in Los Angeles, CA where you can catch his weekly classes at Rise Nation.
