In this episode I am chatting with Lou Keck, an incredible, insightful and generous young leader with more than a decade's experience working with individuals and groups to overcome challenges. Lou is the Head of Participation at the Reach Foundation, an organisation she has been heavily involved with since she experienced her first workshop aged 16, 13 years ago. Lou is a trained facilitator and has spent the last decade working with groups of all ages to develop their leadership, sense of resilience and connection. As the Head of Participation, Lou now works to ensure Reach has the funding it needs to be able to impact 50,000 young people every year, and sits on the organisation’s senior leadership team. www.reach.org.au
