As the episode suggests: LAYOVER LORE DROP! Since 2020, we’ve been building what is now known as “Layover" — a real-estate portfolio that has at various times included a villa in Tulum, an apartment in Mexico City, a plot of land in Joshua Tree, an (almost) lake house in Michigan, and a cottage by the sea in Nova Scotia.
