PAUSE… Feel the cool air brushing against your skin, Breathe in the scent of fresh water and earth, Envision the tranquil water reflecting the evening sky. Picture the gentle ripples as a soft breeze passes. PAUSE… In the silence of the lake, you find serenity, The water’s surface calm and welcoming, As if inviting you to leave your cares upon the shore. Let every worry dissolve into the twilight. PAUSE… Focus on the subtle movements of water, The soothing lapping sounds against the shore, Feel these gentle waves sync with your breathing, Bringing peace deep within your soul.
