Thank you Martha Jeffers for joining me on my podcast.  Martha is an Integrated Professional Life Coach and  Co-President of the Playa Venice Sunrise Rotary Club.

Meet Martha Jeffers.

Martha Jeffers combines her 30-year background as a Human Resources executive and a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology, blending professional expertise with personal growth to guide others toward a soul-centered life.

As a professional coach highly experienced in retreat work, she helps clients navigate transitions.  Whether it’s through grief facilitation or career changes, Martha offers solace, guidance and coaching for holistic growth.

Known for her deep, heart-centered listening, Martha is described as a “grounding loving force” and a “grandmother spirit” coach, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

Martha’s adventurous spirit has led her to complete the Camino de Santiago, climb Yosemite’s Half Dome, and ascend over 1,000 feet in Peru’s Sacred Valley via the Via Ferrata. Her love for exploration extends to her roles as a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother.  In doing so, she is enriching her family’s lives and those of her clients.

Martha is the Co-President of the Playa Venice Sunrise Rotary Club.  I am also a member of this club.

2025 Marks Playa Vista Sunrise Rotary Club’s 20th Year of Serving our Community in the Rotary spirit of Service Above Self.

Playa Venice Sunrise stands as an acknowledged leader in the Rotary world having been two times awarded the distinguished “Club of Excellence” and this year 2024 – 2025 a third time now known as “Club of Impact” by our district. The club prides itself in having a blend of charter people from Playa Sunrise, the best of Venice and a dedicated group of Rotarians that makes the club one of the most diversified and successful Rotary Clubs in California. Playa Venice is proud of its programs, energy, enthusiasm and dedication to making the world a better place for all.

Martha’s Takeaways.

“As a coach, if you have a dream, I support you in making such a dream materialize. If you are finding challenges in navigating through present circumstances, I support you in finding the space to breathe and find clarity. The quest is in identifying blocks or limitations, and supporting you move through the resistance that may be keeping you from awakening to your brilliance!”

In closing.

Martha will create a plan that works for you. “Imagine you…from where you are…to where you dream to be.  You might ask yourself,  is there something keeping me from being vulnerable and taking action?” Martha Jeffers.

Tune in to hear her story!
