Build Habits for Less Phone Time: I am sharing my non-negotiable habits to minimize my phone usage and maximize its benefits. From designated digital detoxes every day to setting up my home screen, these rules will help you set boundaries with technology. Use Your Phone as a Tool: The truth is, technology is not going anywhere. We rely on it, so why not use it as the tool that it can be? I am sharing my favorite educational apps, resources, and more.
