Deep into your body,  And away from the tornado of anger spinning in your mind.  PAUSE… Nestle safely into the silence here, As you watch from afar, The energy anger creates.  PAUSE… The constant chatter of the mind, The tight clenching of your muscles, The rising bubbles of red lava bursting from your skin. PAUSE… Observe the anger, dear one, And recognize your distance from it right now. PAUSE… Let it roar on outside of you, As you breathe yourself deep into the comfort of your stillness. Why are you so angry? You call out to your anger. What is going on? PAUSE… Your anger, Spinning, screaming and bubbling,  Refuses to answer back.  She just wants to fume. PAUSE… You lower your voice,  Calm and tender, And ask again, Why are you angry? And then you wait. LONG PAUSE… Relax your body, Calm your breath, And surrender to the stillness of your soul. As you listen. PAUSE... Underneath the screaming,  In between all the bursts of rage, You can hear her whisper back to you. You can hear her answer. LONG PAUSE… Reach out and place your hand in hers, This quiet little voice. She speaks from pain, From fear, From stories that have taken her voice away. PAUSE… Bring her close and embrace her, And feel your anger melt into your arms. PAUSE… Hug her with compassion, With understanding, And with a desire to help her see, That she can heal the pain, She can learn from the fear, She can dissolve the stories. PAUSE… Embrace her with love, True love, The kind that is infinite. The kind that heals. The kind that forgives.  The kind that believes.  PAUSE… She’s calm now,  As you embrace her in your arms.  Let her warmth relax you even further,  As you both melt into your bed. Deep in your special space of stillness. This Impact Studios production is a collaboration with the Governor family, UTS Faculty of Law and Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research. The Last Outlaws teamKatherine Biber - UTS Law Professor and Chief InvestigatorAunty Loretta Parsley - Great-granddaughter of Jimmy Governor and the Governor Family Historian Leroy Parsons - Governor descendant, Narrator and Co-WriterKaitlyn Sawrey - Host, Writer and Senior ProducerFrank Lopez - Writer, Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
