He is the Co-Director and coFounder of the Global AI Ethics Institute in Paris. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the Paris Institute of Political Studies.  Dr Goffi is also AI Ethics Officer with Huawei, as well as a research member with the ZInspection® Initiative Frankfurt, Germany, a member of the Éthique, Langue, Communication et Numérique Team of the Université Mohammed Premier in Oujda, Morocco, and a research fellow with the Centre for Defence and Security Studies at the University of Manitoba, in Winnipeg, Canada. He has been lecturing in several institutions in France, Canada, and in Germany, and he has written numerous pieces on ethics applied to artificial intelligence.
