Good morning and happy Monday! We are here and so are you; but our host left his wallet in el segundo (😉) so instead of piping hot coffee we have a keurig cup blend kinda thing that we've been sipping on to make it past. We also have a shorter episode today. ILRPP Round 2 has opened this morning and our host is involved in its launch. Stay tuned for helpful news. Yes, a case of the Monday's! But as you know the news does not stop, here are today's topics: - Wednesday December 15th from 4 to 5 pm Representative Barbara Hernandez will be hosting a great event at Alive Aurora, located at 78 S. LaSalle street here in Aurora. The event is titled: Politics And Pastries and is part of an empowerment series called Dare To Be Rare. No pre-registration is required, come on out on the 15th and take part in something great. - Saturday December 11th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm you can find Santa and Pizza at the same time in Aurora! There will be a great fundraiser for Judge Bianca Camargo at Mike & Denise’s pizzeria, located at 1760 N. Farnsworth avenue. The price is $15 for adults and $8 for children and that price includes pizza and soft drinks. Support our officials and a great Aurora restaurant on Saturday the 11th of December! - Ballydoyle - Aurora also has a great new years eve party coming up as well with This End Up! Party favors, decorations, champagne toast, and late-nite breakfast buffet all included with your ticket!  Seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors to the show room open at 7PM but come early for cocktails and appetizers at the Ballydoyle Pub which is open all day! Tickets are $25.
