From the Walt Disney Family Museum: Peek into the process of one of Americas Modern Masters of Melody, Alan Menkin. Each week, in From the Vault we sample a clip from a classic Disney film, short, television or radio program, or Disneyland Record. This week we unearth RCA Victors VY-4000. On four Little Nipper Storybook 78s on 1952 Adventures in Music: Melody. This entire segment, as well as images from the album will be available in the Multimedia area of Mouselounge.com. Each week we present a high definition ride-through from a Disney Park East or a Disney Park West. This week, Don your Dishdasha and duck into DCA for a trip to mythic Agrabah! This is a very recent recording of Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular and the pop culture references are fast and furious. Also pay close attention to how the Genie makes short work of a heckler in the audience. Take issue with the Genie at your peril! We close the show with a trip across the esplanade into Disneyland for the Disneyland Band Noon Concert themed to a trip into the movies. Enjoy!
