意外かもしれませんが、ネガティブな人は組織にとって 「必要不可欠」です。   全員がポジティブな人で構成される組織は暴走して空中分解します。   凧糸を引っ張る人がいることで高く上がる凧揚げのように、 新しい意見に「反対する人」「後ろ向きな人」が意見の精度を上げます。   組織コーチングの基本。「ネガティブであること」は役割です。   よって、ネガティブな人が退社すると、誰かがその役割を引き継いで ネガティブになります。   リーダーは、ポジティブなメンバーとネガティブなメンバーの バランスを取る能力が必要です。   そのためには自分自身がいろんな要素を持つこと。 ディープデモクラシー（深層民主主義）といって、 あらゆる人の意見を聞ける力を持つこと。それらが必要です。     ◆今日のお勧めアクション：「ネガティブな人に感謝してみる」     今日も素敵な一日を。 お役に立てたら、いいね・コメント・シェアなどいただけると嬉しいです。
