Outcome Goals & Effort Goals - Which Do You Need Right Now?

from The Better You Blueprint · host Brett Eaton & Curtis Hadzicki

In today’s episode we dive into the difference between Outcome Goals and Effort Goals. We share examples of each as well as the benefits of who would benefit from each. For those just starting out with goals, we also share which is the best place for you to start. Goals are important, and figuring out which type of goals you need are crucial to your success. Action Step: Look over your goals and decide if they are Outcome or Effort based goals. Ask yourself if that type of goal is keeping your motivated, consistent and making progress. If yes, keep setting those type of goals. If no, it may be time to try changing it up. I hope you enjoy our short, 30 minute style episodes.
