Jon shares a prime example of how anxiety can physically manifest in the body time and time again, with us feeling powerless to stop it. After almost sixteen years of feeling like he had to live with anxiety physically manifesting in his body, he finally overcame it and shares his journey through that process. Sometimes to heal we have to get uncomfortable, and through those uncomfortable experiences we grow and transform into the beautiful human we were always mean to be.
