VAIERA After the circumcision of the first Hebrew at the age of 99, Elohim reveals himself to Avraham. However, when three guests appear in the desert heat, Avraham quickly leaves the meeting to prepare a meal for them. One of the three guests, angels disguised as men, announces that Sara, previously infertile, will give birth to a son in precisely one year. Despite this, Sara laughs in disbelief.
