Perry approves boundary shift as Willard chooses negotiations for sewer, water service

At the same time the Perry City Council voted unanimously Thurs­day to approve a proposed bound­ary shift tied to a residential subdivi­sion near 1200 West, the Willard City Council voted to table the same pro­posal and pursue negotiations in­stead. In Perry, councilmembers ap­proved a revised adjustment that would move roughly 54 acres from Willard into Perry, while shifting a smaller strip back into Willard to maintain frontage and road access.
